We DO NOT reserve hearing dates and matters are calendared on a first come first serve basis. You MUST submit a hard copy of all motion papers in order to be placed on calendar!!

THERE ARE NO DATES AVAILABLE FOR CIVIL MOTION'S BEFORE 8/20/13!!
If your motion cut-off date is prior to 8/20/13 you will need to submit
an Ex Parte Application, along with your motion papers requesting that your motion cut-off deadline be extended to the court's next available hearing date or to an earlier date to accomodate your deadline.
The Court will resolve the Ex Parte on the papers.

DISCOVERY MOTIONS:
Judge Armstrong DOES NOT hear discovery matters. If you have a discovery issue and your case has not been assigned to a Magistrate for all discovery matters. File your motion with Judge Armstrong, leave the date and time blank for the hearing, and your motion will be referred to a Magistrate for all further discovery. Once the Magistrate has been assigned to your case, his or her clerk will contact you with a date and time for the hearing if one is required.
