Administrative Coordinator (.pdf, 302 KB) The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in San Francisco, California. The Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both the Clerk’s Office and the Probation Office for the Northern District of California by managing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties. These include coordinating office and district events, overseeing community outreach programs, managing procurement and property, handling inventory and facilities, and ensuring smooth general office operations. The role also serves as a key resource for support staff on administrative and operational matters, working closely with management and staff to coordinate these functions. Solicitation for Court Reporting Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (.pdf, 223 KB) This is a solicitation for proposals to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for contracting court reporting services for the United States District Court - Northern District of California. The Court intends to award BPAs to one or more court reporters found to meet the court’s qualifications. The Court reserves the right not to make any awards as a result of this solicitation. Award of a BPA does not guarantee that the contractor will receive orders for any particular aggregate dollar value, or in fact that any orders at all, for court reporting services. Contractors responding to this solicitation should carefully review the Statement of Work, the minimum qualifications required, the court’s maximum transcript fee rates (non-negotiable including real-time feeds), and the BPA terms and conditions, all of which will be incorporated into any Blanket Purchase Agreement awarded under this solicitation. Contractors wishing to be considered for this BPA must complete and return the pages in the attachment CAND_CR_BPA_Form_Fillable. Note, for each prospective contract court reporter, a minimum of 3 references must be identified for whom the reporter has performed work within 3-year period. Please note that at this time our need is for in-person, not remote contract court reporters. Occasionally accommodation for remote reporting might occur but it will be offered only to those who are willing to provide in-person reporting. The solicitation will be open for the period of March 28, 2024 through April 12, 2024. All forms must be submitted by 2:00 PM on April 12th.
