Practice Program

The mission of the United States District Court Practice Program is to provide continuing education to the bar of this Court. The program offerings cover both practical skills development and current developments in key practice areas. All programs are taught by judges and leading practitioners.

  • May 2, 2018 CRIMINAL LAW SYMPOSIUM
    The Practice Program for the Northern District of California invites you to a symposium on criminal practice issues in our district. The three judges on our first panel will share their views on sentencing. The second panel will discuss issues related to using experts in criminal cases. A reception will follow.
