The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in San Francisco, California. The full-time Human Resources Specialist will support various local and national human resources programs for both the Clerk’s Office and Chambers staff. The district is searching for a self-starter who will perform and coordinate administrative, technical, and professional duties as an integral member of the Human Resources Team. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with the appropriate guidelines, policies, and internal controls as well as providing top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking a Courtroom Deputy Clerk in Oakland, California. The courtroom deputy clerk provides administrative support in and out of the courtroom. This position calls for accuracy, diplomacy, and sensitivity in dealing with judges, attorneys, members of government agencies, and the general public. Successful courtroom deputy clerks work with meticulous attention to detail, create systems to organize and prioritize tasks, and communicate with calm and confidence. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking a Jury Supervisor in San Francisco, California. The Jury Supervisor oversees all aspects of jury administration for the U.S. District Court, maintaining the integrity of the court’s jury management system. Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of five jury clerks across the San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose divisional offices, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies. Ensuring the smooth execution of the juror qualification and selection process through close coordination with judges, court staff, and outside vendors. Improving public perception and experience of jury service by addressing prospective juror concerns, minimizing inconvenience, and fostering a strong customer-service culture. Collecting and analyzing data for juror payment, national reporting requirements, and evaluating the efficiency of jury management procedures. Provide guidance to judges and senior management on jury-related court policies, offering analysis and interpretation of rules, directives, and operational improvements. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking an Administrative Analyst in San Francisco, California. The Administrative Analyst performs administrative support services for the Clerk of Court. The incumbent ensures the efficient management of programs, meetings, correspondence, reports, and resources and analyzes problems and develops solutions. The incumbent standardizes office procedures and guides other staff to ensure administrative consistency. The job involves handling information of a confidential and sensitive nature.
