What’s new in this version of CAND Civil Local Rules

In amendments to § 3-12, the Court changes the process for alerting the Court to the possibility that cases should be consolidated.

In § 3-15, the court makes changes to disclosures that must be provided to the Court upon the first appearance of a party in a case.
