The Judges of the United States District Court, Northern District of California, are contemplating modifications to Civil Local Rule 77-3. Pursuant to Civil L.R. 83-2(b), public comments on the proposed modification may be submitted to media@cand.uscourts.gov until Friday, May 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. PDT.
