About the Position
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California is seeking a Temporary Pro Se Law Clerk to assist the court with civil rights complaints and habeas corpus petitions filed by prisoners not represented by counsel. The position is temporary (20 weeks starting on or about August 3, 2026), full-time and based in San Francisco, CA but telework arrangements will be considered.
