The Court has Resumed Normal Operations

Effective immediately, following the passage of the Continuing Resolution (CR), the Court has resumed normal operations and regular public hours at all intake counters.

  • All intake counters in the San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose courthouses are open for their standard hours.
  • The Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system remains fully operational for electronic filing, and case information continues to be available through PACER.
  • All proceedings will move forward as scheduled unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge.
  • Jurors should continue to report as instructed.
