Associate and Assistant Counsel Rates (other than Capital Habeas)

Associate and assistant counsel are to be compensated at the rate from $85.00 per hour up to $125.00 per hour depending on experience in criminal defense practice. The maximum rate for associate counsel is the salaried hourly rate plus employer paid basic benefits.
