Magistrate Judge Virginia K. DeMarchi is accepting applications for a judicial law clerk position in San Jose, California.  Principal duties include extensive legal research and writing on a full range of civil issues arising in federal court.  The position begins September 8, 2026, and continues until September 3, 2027, unless extended.  Applicants must have exceptional research, writing, organizational, and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  Applicants with prior litigation work experience are encouraged to apply.
