Judicial Law Clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Peter H. Kang

Magistrate Judge Peter H. Kang, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (San Francisco Division), is seeking a full-time Term Law Clerk for a 2-year term (from Spring/Summer 2026 to 2028). The exact start date in Spring/Summer 2026 is flexible and subject to discussion. 

The Term Law Clerk will be responsible for the traditional law clerk duties in supporting Judge Kang in one-half of his civil docket. The Term Law Clerk will also support Judge Kang in his criminal case duties as needed, and in support of his other duties including Settlement Conferences as needed.  See the full job description for details.
